When will my order ship?
I usually mail out orders once or twice a week. As I am just one person, it may fluctuate. I appreciate your consideration and patience. Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping within the USA generally takes about 3-5 business days. Due to COVID and the impending US holiday delays, it may take up to a week or so.
For international orders, it generally takes 1-3 weeks (not including holidays) for the order to arrive. However, COVID and impending US holiday delays may change this.

Do you combine multiple orders?
Yes! Please contact me at [email protected] with a email that has the previous order #s, or put a note at CKO that includes the previous order #s. However, if the orders have already been shipped, I can not combine them. Please be prompt with these requests for combined shipping. I will refund any excess charges if the orders are able to be combined.
Help! I entered in the wrong address at CKO. What do I do?
Please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order numbers and the correct shipping address. If the order has not been shipped out and put into the hands of USPS, I can change the address.
Rush Shipping?
I do not offer rush shipping.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Due to EU VAT charges and international shipping increases especially using USPS, which is the service I am using, charges have increased. As I am a small business still trying to figure out shipping, I apologize. I am doing my best to make sure I can still ship out to you, regardless of your location :)
Do you offer tracking?
